I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy with an Occupational Massage Therapy degree in 2011. I specialize in Therapeutic, Sports and Trigger Point therapy. My favorite massage to give is a Hot Stones including Aromatherapy. Its such a relaxing, warm massage. I also love to do the Rain Drop Technique with Young Living Essential Oils. You feel so amazing afterwards!! I can also do a skinny wrap where you lose inches while being massaged!

I incorporate a heat pack and essential oils into every massage I do. I feel that stretching is vital to keeping the muscles in good shape and can incorporate that into your massage also. I listen to the clients needs and just go with the flow. I listen to your muscles and try to pin point the area of pain or discomfort. It may take a few sessions to work it out, patience is a virtue!!
